TXE Custom Code lets a merchant add custom code (such as tracking pixels, verification tags, and other snippets) to their storefront's <head> or before </body>, without editing their theme's code, using a Shopify Theme App Extension.
We do not collect any personal information about your customers (buyers). The App only stores information related to your shop and your own configuration:
myshopify.com domain, used as the unique identifier for your data.This information is collected directly from actions you and your staff take inside the App, and via the Shopify Admin API on your behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.
We process shop data on the basis of performing our contract with you (providing the App's functionality you have installed the App for) and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the App.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App:

We retain shop data for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App:
We honor Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks, including requests to delete shop data (shop/redact) and customer data requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact) — though as noted above, we do not store any customer/buyer personal data to begin with.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws (such as the GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about your shop, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@shopiexpert.com. Uninstalling the App also deletes your stored data as described in Section 7.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. The App authenticates using Shopify's OAuth and session token standards rather than cookies. Access to the Shopify Admin API is limited to the minimum scope required (read_themes) — the App has no permission to read or write your products, orders, or customer records.
The App's admin interface does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It relies on Shopify session tokens for authentication. If you choose to add third-party tracking code (such as a Google Analytics or Meta Pixel snippet) to your storefront using the App, that third-party code may set its own cookies on your storefront — this is governed by that third party's own privacy policy, and you are responsible for disclosing this to your customers as required by law.
The App is intended for use by merchants and their staff, not by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our hosting infrastructure may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Cumprimos os webhooks de conformidade obrigatórios da Shopify, incluindo solicitações de exclusão de dados da loja (shop/redact) e solicitações de dados de clientes (customers/data_request, customers/redact) — embora, como observado acima, não armazenemos nenhum dado pessoal de clientes/compradores de qualquer forma.
Dependendo da sua localização, você pode ter direitos sob as leis de proteção de dados (como o GDPR), incluindo o direito de acessar, corrigir ou excluir dados que mantemos sobre sua loja, e o direito de se opor ou restringir determinados tratamentos. Para exercer qualquer um desses direitos, entre em contato conosco em support@shopiexpert.com. Desinstalar o App também exclui seus dados armazenados, conforme descrito na Seção 7.
Todos os dados são transmitidos por meio de conexões HTTPS/TLS criptografadas. O App se autentica usando os padrões OAuth e tokens de sessão da Shopify em vez de cookies. O acesso à API Admin da Shopify é limitado ao escopo mínimo necessário (read_themes) — o App não tem permissão para ler ou gravar seus produtos, pedidos ou registros de clientes.
A interface administrativa do App não define cookies de rastreamento ou publicidade. Ela depende de tokens de sessão da Shopify para autenticação. Se você optar por adicionar código de rastreamento de terceiros (como um snippet do Google Analytics ou Meta Pixel) à sua loja usando o App, esse código de terceiros pode definir seus próprios cookies em sua loja — isso é regido pela própria política de privacidade desse terceiro, e você é responsável por informar isso aos seus clientes conforme exigido por lei.
O App destina-se ao uso por lojistas e sua equipe, não por crianças. Não coletamos intencionalmente informações de crianças.
Nossa infraestrutura de hospedagem pode processar e armazenar dados em países diferentes do seu. Quando necessário, contamos com salvaguardas apropriadas para essas transferências.
Podemos atualizar esta Política de Privacidade periodicamente. Alterações materiais serão refletidas atualizando a data de vigência no topo desta página.

TXE Custom Code позволяет продавцу добавлять собственный код (например, пиксели отслеживания, теги подтверждения и другие сниппеты) в <head> своего магазина или перед </body> без изменения кода темы, с помощью Theme App Extension Shopify.

Приложение предназначено для использования продавцами и их персоналом, а не детьми. Мы сознательно не собираем информацию от детей.
Наша хостинговая инфраструктура может обрабатывать и хранить данные в странах, отличных от вашей. При необходимости мы полагаемся на соответствующие гарантии для таких передач.
Мы можем время от времени обновлять настоящую Политику конфиденциальности. Существенные изменения будут отражены путём обновления даты вступления в силу в верхней части этой страницы.
