This Privacy Policy describes how Shopiexpert LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you install and use the TXE WhatsApp Button application ("the App") in your Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify's API. Additionally, we collect specific data required for the App to function properly.

1.1 Merchant Information (You)

We collect the following information about you and your store to provide our services:

• Store Domain: Your primary Shopify domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com) to identify your account.
• Configuration Data: The WhatsApp phone number you input, button design preferences (colors, position, text), and other settings required to render the button on your storefront.

1.2 End-User Information (Your Customers)

We prioritize the privacy of your customers. The App is designed to be lightweight and non-intrusive.

We may collect anonymous usage data, such as:

• Button click events (aggregated counts to show you analytics).
• Device type (mobile or desktop) to render the correct layout.

1.3 Information We DO NOT Collect

To be transparent, we explicitly do not collect:

• Your customers' names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• IP addresses for tracking purposes.
• Credit card or payment information.
• Cookies for ad tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• Functionality: To display the WhatsApp button on your store with your specific settings and phone number.
• Communication: To provide you with customer support or notify you about important App updates.
• Improvement: To analyze anonymous aggregate usage trends to improve the App's performance and features.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside parties. However, we use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the App:

• Shopify: As the platform hosting your store and our App extension.
• Railway & PostgreSQL: Used for secure hosting and database storage of your configuration settings.

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your configuration data only for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store.

• Uninstalling the App: If you uninstall the App, our system automatically removes your configuration data from our database.
• Manual Request: You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. GDPR and Data Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.

Since we do not store end-user (customer) personal data, we do not process Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) regarding your customers, as we hold no such data.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The App uses Shopify's secure OAuth authentication, and all data transmission occurs over secure HTTPS connections.
